This Privacy Policy explains how Dreapic LLC ("Dreapic", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit dreapic.net or use our mobile apps, web apps and other software (together, the "Services"). Some products may show additional privacy details in the app or on its store listing. Those details supplement this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Account details such as your name, email address and password, if a product has accounts.
Content you create, upload or enter in our products.
Support messages you send us, including any attachments.

Purchase information

Payments on the web are processed by Stripe. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive limited purchase details from them, such as the product bought, price, date, country, transaction ID and, for Stripe, the card brand and last 4 digits. We never receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage data such as device model, operating system, app version, language, features used and crash reports.
Identifiers such as an app-specific user ID and, only with your permission where required, advertising identifiers.
Log data such as IP address and request times, collected by our hosting and security providers.

This website does not use cookies or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use information

To provide, maintain and improve the Services
To process purchases, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud
To answer support requests and resolve billing questions and disputes
To fix bugs, monitor performance and keep the Services secure
To measure how people find our apps, where you have allowed this
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Services, your consent (for example for tracking permissions), and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting, cloud storage, payment processing, subscription management, analytics, crash reporting and AI processing for product features. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
App stores (Apple and Google) for purchases and distribution.
Advertising measurement partners, only where you have given permission where required (for example through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), to measure which campaigns led to an app install.
Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users and Dreapic.
A buyer or successor if our business is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Purchase and billing records are kept as long as tax, accounting and dispute rules require. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

You can also delete your account inside products that offer accounts, and you can change tracking permissions at any time in your device settings. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the product or by email.
